 D 1962. "Written for Fabien Sevitzky in honor of his many services to
American Music" (caption). Mrs. Sevitzky was a harpist, and asked
HC for a chamber work employing her instrument. HC adapted his
harpsichord quartet (no. 802), which apparently had never been
played in public, by arranging the harpsichord part for the harp and
making a few very minor changes such as raising the flute an octave
higher on occasion.
